Kocha Mkuu wa Timu ya Taifa ya Tanzania ‘Taifa Stars’ Kim Poulsen, kwa mara ya kwanza amezungumza na waandishi wa habari, tangu alipotangazwa kushika wadhifa huo akichukua nafasi ya Kocha Ettiene Ndayiragije.
Paulsen amezungumza na waandishi wa habari sambamba na kutangaza kikosi cha Taifa Stars kitakachokua na shughuli ya kucheza michezo ya kuwania kufuzu Fainali za Mataifa ya Afrika dhidi ya Equatorial Guinea pamoja na Libya.
Kocha huyo ambaye aliwahi kuwa mshauri za soka la vijana kabl ya kuondoka nchini mwaka 2014 amewashangaza wengi kwa kumrejesha kikosini beki wa Polisi Tanzania Kelvin Yondan ambaye kwa muda alikua hajaitwa kwenye timu ya taifa.
Pia amewarudisha baadhi ya wachezaji ambao waliachwa kwenye kikosi kilichoshiriki Fainali za Mataifa Bingwa Barani Afrika ‘CHAN 2021’ zilizofanyika nchini Cameroon mapema mwaka huu.
Kabla ya kucheza michezo miwili ya kuwania kufuzu Fainali za Afrika dhidi ya Equatorial Guinea pamoja na Libya, Taifa Stars itacheza mchezo wa kimataifa wa kirafiki dhidi ya Kenya mjini Nairobi.
Stars itacheza dhidi ya Equatorial Guinea Machi 22 mjini Malabo, na kisha itamaliza michezo ya kufuzu kwa kucheza dhidi ya Libya jijini Dar es salaam Machi 30, Uwanja wa Benjamin Mkapa.
Kikosi kilichotajwa na kocha Poulsen upande wa Makipi ni Aishi Manula ( Simba SC ), Metacha Mnata ( Yanga SC ) na Juma Kaseja ( KMC FC ).
