Makocha wazawa Suleman Matola na Juma Mgunda wataendelea kuwa sehemu ya benchi la ufundi la timu ya taifa ya Tanzania ‘Taifa Stars’ licha ya ujio wa kocha mkuu mpya Kim Poulsen.
Paulsen ambaye aliwahi kuhudumu katika soka la Tanzania akifundisha timu za taifa za vijana na baadae Taifa Stars, amekubalia kuendelea kufanya kazi na makocha hao wa klabu za Simba SC na Coastal Union.
Kocha huyo ambaye ataanza majukumu yake baadae mwezi huu kwenye michezo ya kuwania kufuzu Fainali za Mataifa ya Afrika (AFCON 2022) dhidi ya Libya na Equatorial Guinea amekubalia kufanya kazi na Matola pamoja na Mgunda.
“Benchi la ufundi litabaki lilelile kama lilivyokuwa, nilikuwa na mazungumzo mazuri na Mgunda pamoja na Matola lakini pia nimeshakutana na Matola na tumeongea.”
“Pamoja na kocha wa makipa na kocha wa viungo watabaki vilevile sikuona sababu ya mimi kuja hapa na kubadilisha kila kitu, ingawa akija kocha mpya anaangalia ni kivipi unafanya kazi yako, kikubwa kila mtu atimize majukumu yake vizuri kuanzia kwa wachezaji hadi benchi la ufundi.” Amesema kocha huyo kutoka nchini Denmark.
Poulsen tayari ameshatangaza kikosi cha Taifa Stars kitakachoingia kambini juma lijalo, kwa ajili ya kujiandaa na michezo ya kuwania kufuzu Fainali za Mataifa Barani Afrika (AFCON 2022) ikitanguliwa na mchezo wa kimataifa wa kirafiki dhidi ya Kenya.
Wachezaji waliotwa na kocha huyo alierithi mikoba ya Ettiene Ndayiragije upande wa makipa yupo Aishi Manula ( Simba SC ), Metacha Mnata (Yanga SC ) na Juma Kaseja ( KMC FC ).
